Sonoran Pueblo Contracting LLC

• Sonoran Pueblo Contracting, LLC (SPC, LLC), an Enterprise of the Pascua Yaqui Development Corporation, was founded in March 2019 to provide the Pascua Yaqui Tribe, public agencies, educational institutions, private clients, and other Native American Tribes with a local contracting business based in Tucson, Arizona that provides expert civil and residential contracting along with construction management services.

PYDC Property Management

PYDC Property Management Division was established in 2020 and currently manages properties for the Pascua Yaqui Tribe.

PYDC Shared Services

The PYDC Share Services Division works with all PYDC subsidiaries and divisions to provide professional services to these divisions and subsidiaries.
