Pascua Yaqui Development Corporation
The Pascua Yaqui Development Corporation (PYDC) was established in 2018 by the Pascua Yaqui Tribe and is a federally chartered Section 17 corporation. PYDC is a parent/holding company wholly owned by the Pascua Yaqui Tribe that develops companies under its umbrella. The purpose of forming the PYDC is to diversify and strengthen the Tribe’s economy. PYDC is headquartered in Tucson, Arizona, on the Pascua Yaqui Reservation.
As we look to the future and share our growth, it is essential to remember what first inspired this company to succeed. The Pascua Yaqui Tribe and the leadership of the Tribal Council set the example for us to follow with their commitment to support hard work and dedication to the community. PYDC Subsidiaries
Sonoran Pueblo Contracting (SPC) is a subsidiary of PYDC and is a local (Arizona ROC License) and federal construction contracting company. SPC is a certified 8a construction contractor and has its SBA HubZone certification.
PYDC Real Estate Management is a division of PYDC and currently manages commercial properties for the Pascua Yaqui Tribe.
The PYDC-Career Pivot Center (CPC) is our future training center and will focus on construction apprenticeships. This training hub will host construction trades, property management, and real estate training.
